Where I’ve grown, designed, and contributed

July 2026 - Present (Contract)

UX/UI Designer

USAA

At USAA, I work on digital experiences that support member service representatives. I’ve helped plan and conduct research with representatives, developed moderator guides and surveys, and turned their feedback into findings that inform design direction. I’ve also presented interface designs for feedback, supported workshops with partners, and explored opportunities for a customer health dashboard through competitive research.

SciSports

At SciSports, I designed for young soccer players using Elevate, a mobile app that helped them understand and share their performance. I simplified player flows, refined filters and cards, and built reusable design components to make the experience clearer and more consistent. Working with product leadership, I helped shape an MVP around player needs and development constraints.

Stay In Your Lane / Train In Your Lane

At Stay In Your Lane and Train In Your Lane, I led digital projects from the first client conversation through launch. I designed seven client websites, improved the onboarding and delivery experience, and redesigned Train In Your Lane’s site to support its franchise strategy. The work taught me to consider the full experience, from a client’s first conversation with the team to the way people registered for a class.

When I’m not designing, I keep a junk journal of everyday life and weekends out. A lot of it ends up being country dancing, time with friends, and nights around Dallas and Fort Worth.

I grew up in the country, so western culture has always felt like home. Boots, dance halls, open space, and good company. It’s how I reset and stay creative!
